Origin: Vayots Dzor region, Armenia
Climate: Continental highlands climate with hot summers and cold dry winters.
Soil: Limestone and volcanic rock. Situated at 1500-1700 meters above sea level.
Harvest date: NV

Blend information: Khatoun Kharji and Voskehat
Vinification: Hand harvested in small lots; secondary fermentation in bottles, utilizing modern technologies. Minimum 18 months on the lees ageing.

Alcohol: 12,5%.
Sugar content : 4 g/l.
Contains sulfites: Yes.
Ideal serving temperature: 6 to 10 °C.

Tasting notes: Pears, citrus, creamy, yeasty and nutty

Producer’s comment: Great méthode traditionnelle sparkling wine made of indigenous Armenian varieties.

Serving suggestions:
Can be served as an aperitif as well as with the main course, pairs well with fishes, seafood or fruit desserts.
