Origin: Armavir Region, Republic of Armenia.
Climate: Continental highlands climate with hot summers and cold dry winters.
Soil: Stony, heavy soil of volcanic origin.
Harvest date: Middle of September, 2013. Hand harvested.

Blend information: Syrah, Tannat, Malbec, Petit Verdot.
Vinification: Hand harvested grapes are pressed. After a cool 24 hour decantation process, the juice is fermented for 20 days at 14-16ºC.

Alcohol: 14.2%.
Contains sulfites: Yes.
Ideal serving temperature: 16 to 18 °C.

Tasting notes: This blend has intense ruby red color. One can feel red fruit aromas and some chocolate. In mouth is elegant, has good acidity and sweet tannins.

Producers comment: Excellent blend with big potential of aromas of fruits. The acidity makes the wine even more elegant.

Serving suggestions: It pairs good with red meats and pastas. Combines well with chocolate, too.

Vinification: Hand harvested grapes are selected on the table before cold maceration. Fermentation is carried out at 26-28ºC for 20 days. Malolactic fermentation is realized in tanks.

Alcohol: 14.2%.
Contains sulfites: Yes.
Ideal serving temperature: 7 to 12 °C.

Tasting notes: This blend has a yellow color nuanced with subtle tinges of green displaying multiple aromas of citrus, pineapple and peaches. This elegant wine’s unique tannin structure and delicate acidity provide a smooth, lengthy finish.

Producers comment: Great blend of local and international varieties. The potential of the soil is expressed by the acidity of the grapes.

Serving suggestions: pairs well with fishes, seafood, pastas and fruit desserts.

Harvest date: Middle of September 2013. Hand harvested.

Blend information: Syrah, Montepulciano, Ancellota, Petit Verdot.
Vinification: 
Grapes are harvested in boxes of 20 Kg. They are selected on double selection tables. Cold maceration is carried out for 5 days. Fermentation is realized at 26-28ºC for 20 days. Malolactic Fermentation is realized in tanks. After fermentation the wine is placed in Armenian and French oak barrels for 14 months.

Alcohol: 14%.
Contains sulfites: Yes.
Ideal serving temperature: 16 to 18 °C.

Tasting notes: This blend has intense red color. One can feel elegant red fruits and berries’ aromas and some chocolate and vanilla notes coming from barrels. In mouth is elegant, very creamy, has good acidity and sweet tannins. It is very persistent.

Producers comment: Complex and elegant. In mouth  has  good  structure, complex and balanced  with sweet tannins and  well  toasted wood assemblies.

Serving suggestions: Best served with red meats, lamb and loin chops.

Harvest date: Beginning of August 2013. Hand harvested.

Blend information: Colombard, Folle Blanche and Kangun.
Vinification: 
Hand harvested grapes are pressed. After a cool 24 hour decantation process, the juice is fermented at 14-16ºC for 20 days. The second fermentation is carried out in special pressure tanks for 30 days.

Alcohol: 12.5%.
Contains sulfites: Yes.
Ideal serving temperature: 5 to 7 °C.

Tasting notes: The sparkling wine has a light yellow color with delicate and elegant bubbles displaying citric and fresh aromas with some notes of toast bread. The intense acidity makes it fresh and easy to drink.

Producers comment: The properties of Caucasian terroir is expressed in this elegant sparkling wine with thin bubbles and fresh acidity.

Serving suggestions: Pairs well with appetizers, seafood, sushi and fruit desserts.
